ABOUTME
I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina, studied graphic design, got married, became a mother of 3 children, moved to Switzerland and l’m happy that yoga found me and helped me a lot in creating balance within myself, family live, dreams and reality …
Besides yoga, I enjoy and love nature, summer, sea, family, friends, travel, bike, cooking, music, healthy food, books, quotes, photos …
MYYOGAPATH
I took my first yoga class in August 2015 in Switzerland and from that day on I never stopped practicing regularly, learning and being fascinated with its philosophy.
I have always liked sports and enjoy movement and was never attracted to Yoga before because I thought it was very slow or maybe even boring.
In my first practices I didn’t understand at all why at the end of each class I felt a great joy, tranquility and a feeling of well-being.
With practice and time I began to realize that this inside joy arose when
I could connect with my body, my breath, my mind and myself …
I would like to transmit and share in my classes the joy that arises when the body wakes up, moves and opens.
The connection that breathing provides and how it can calm the mind.
Achieving vitality in the body and mental clarity is the aim of my classes.
Choosing a topic helps me to guide the class and also to unite theory with practice (Chakras, yamas, niyamas, anatomy of some part of the body)
I love dynamic sequences and flows with harmonious transitions between each movements and asanas but consider important to adapt the teaching to the student’s level using props and offering variations allowing each one to find and understand their own body and limits.
I believe that Yoga is a lifestyle, a unlimited learning and not a
practice that stays only on the mat.
Yoga is a path, a process, an experience, a feeling, a connection, is learning about oneself, it’s the opening of the five senses, is our daily behaviour, our relationships, is how we speak, how we eat, is letting go, making space, is trust, is seeing every moment as new, is energy, gratitude, happiness, health, vitality…
The practice is in the awareness and in the present moment of everything we do… Yoga practice involves your whole life !
